ABOUT KIAMA LEISURE CENTRE

Kiama Leisure Centre is a multi-purpose fitness and sports facility, owned and operated by Kiama Council. It incorporates Jamberoo Pool.

LEISURE CENTRE ACTIVITIES

Active over-50s - Gentle exercise classes and water classes. Some classes are held at other locations to accommodate those unable to travel distances.

Aerobics - exercise to music.

Aqua aerobics - low impact exercise.

Baby and Kinder Gym - helping children to grow strong and healthy.

Gym facilities and supervision - supervision is recommended.

Heart Moves - recuperative exercise programs with fun in mind.

Jamberoo Pool - open during summer months only.

Kids Korner - childcare provided.

Memberships available - a plan to suit anyone.

Pilates - stretching for fun and exercise.

Pool parties - book the pool for your special occasion.

Public lane availability - for the self-motivated swimmer.

Swim School/Coaching - swimming for stroke correction, competition and fitness.

Other activities - check out the selection of other activities available.

 

OTHER FACILITIES

The Leisure Centre runs a kiosk offering a range of confectionery, snacks and drinks.

Swimming accessories including goggles, caps, ear plugs, swim nappies, drink bottles, back floats, arm floaties, kick boards, and swimwear can be purchased.

Catering is available for pool parties.

Visa and Mastercard can be used in the Centre with a minimum purchase of $10.

EFTPOS available - NO CASH OUT.

Children's holiday activities can be booked at reception or by phone.

 

SPA & SAUNA

Guidelines for use:

• The user must shower before and after use.
• The sauna is not to be used by a person under the age of 16 years.
• The spa is not to be used by a person under the age of 10 years.
• Spa and sauna are not to be used by pregnant women.
• Do not stay in the spa or sauna for more than 10 to 15 minutes.
