It's never too late ... gentle exercise for the mature adult and the young at heart. Come along, meet new friends and share this fun exercise. Improve and maintain bone and muscle strength, heart and lung fitness and increase flexibility while enjoying some great music and company.

The centre offers land and water based fitness classes with the older adult in mind. Our instructors are qualified in Gentle Exercise with the Australian Fitness Industry.

Gentle Exercise is designed as a "keep moving" exercise for active seniors. It involves simple, easy to follow aerobic moves. Special consideration is given to participants with medical problems. This class is also great exercise for pregnant ladies and a great start for beginners.

If you require child minding, just turn up to Kids Korner and enjoy your activity knowing that your children are safe.

Heart Moves - for Over-50s

Heart Moves - for Over 50s is for older people who have not exercised, or who are recovering from heart surgery, are diabetic or generally unfit. Please check times and locations for Heart Moves sessions.
