Aerobic sessions

All fitness leaders are accredited and affiliated with Fitness NSW.

Our aim is to provide you with current aerobic programs and we strive to deliver our classes with enthusiasm and fun!

If you want to do aerobics and/or aquarobics classes, just turn up!

 

Your safety and wellbeing is our concern.

  • Please bring water and a towel to every class.
  • Drink water at regular intervals.
  • Inform instructor of any injuries or ailments of concern.
  • Arrive early to class to ensure you warm up properly.
  • Stay for stretches at the end of the class.
  • Ensure you pay or have your membership card scanned at reception before you enter the class.

Heart Moves - for Over-50s
