Aqua Aerobic sessions
All fitness leaders are accredited and affiliated with Fitness NSW. We aim to deliver safe aqua classes with enthusiasm and enjoyment. Aqua is a great workout.

Your safety and wellbeing is our concern.
- Please remember to bring water to every class.
- Inform the instructor of any injuries or ailments of concern.
- Arrive early to class to ensure you warm up properly.
- Stay for stretches at the end of class.
- Shower before entering the pool to remove deodorants, powder or creams from your skin.
- Please inform the instructor if you cannot swim.
- Aerobics and aquarobics classes do not require bookings.
