Pilates

Pilates provides a toning, stretching and strengthening exercise in the one movement. It develops core stability, promotes stronger backs and improves posture.

Our Pilates instructors are all trained by and accredited with the Australian Fitness Network or Australian Pilates Method Association.

Pilates can be booked at reception. Bookings are essential as class numbers are limited to 12 participants per class.
