Cultural Development is a broad term covering an enormous range of activities that give communities the opportunity to tell their stories, build their creative skills and be active participants in the development of their culture. It may be useful to think of the phrase as a description rather than a name. Cultural Development describes collaborations between communities and artists which can take place in any art form. They result in a wide range of artistic and developmental outcomes.
