Customer requests, feedback and suggestions

Urgent requests, eg public safety issues, MUST be made by telephone on (02) 4232 0444 during business hours or on 0417 686 477 after hours for matters concerning roads, parks and reserves.

If you would like to contact Council with feedback, suggestions, questions, or to report a non-urgent problem please send an email to council@kiama.nsw.gov.au and we'll be happy to assist. Your email will be forwarded to the appropriate officer to ensure the information is recorded or replied to.

The following information is required in order to establish the integrity of your request. Please supply information in the fields marked *. You are not required at law to supply any or all of the following information, but Council reserves the right not to act on your request if all fields required are not completed.

Unless required by law to do otherwise, (the Freedom of Information Act prevails against the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act), the personal information supplied by you will be held by Council, and will only be accessed by Kiama Municipal Council staff, and used only for the purposes of addressing your request or contacting you.
