Private development

• the department provides engineering and horticultural input through the Development Assessment Unit (DAU) into all Development Applications.
• Council has adopted Development Control Plan No.32 (pdf 10 KB), relating to Subdivisional Standards for Engineering Works for all works in the Local Government Area.
• Council has a Water Sensitive Urban Design Policy (pdf 1.17 MB) which applies to all residential, commercial and industrial developments.
