Fees are charged for inspections conducted by the Council Environmental Health Officer.

To assist food premises achieve safe food-handling practices, Council offers food safety fact sheets. The fact sheets provide basic knowledge that will help you provide safe and hygienic food to your patrons. In addition to the fact sheets, there are also temperature monitoring and cleaning schedule templates that have been developed to assist in further improving food safety and in helping you move towards a food safety program. The New South Wales Food Authority provides a wide range of fact sheets to assist those in the food industry.
