Kiama Local Environmental Plan No 40 - Gerringong Headland

Advice to applicants wishing to submit Development Applications for Gerringong Headland

Due to the complexity of the master plan, extensive submission requirements, Engineering and landscape issues, applicants wishing to submit a Development Application on land in the Gerringong Headland subdivision are encouraged to make an appointment with Council's Development Assessment Unit to review the application, prior to formal submission of the application to Council. If this process is followed, the application will progress far quicker.
