Integrated Planning - Public Exhibition

In accordance with Section 406(5) of the Local Government Act 1993, Council has prepared draft Integrated Planning documents, comprising of:

1. Community Strategic Plan 2013-2023  (pdf 2.89MB)
   


2. Delivery Program 2013-2017 and Operational Plan 2013-2014 (pdf 13.11MB)
   (including Revenue Policy, budget and Fees and Charges (pdf 2.02MB)
   


3. Resourcing Strategy 2013-2023 (pdf 9.75MB)
   

Council’s draft Integrated Planning documents will be on public exhibition from Friday 17 May 2013 at the following locations:

Council’s Administrative Centre, Manning Street, Kiama
Kiama Library – Railway Parade, Kiama
Community Centre, Hindmarsh Park, Kiama
North Kiama Neighbourhood Centre, Meehan Drive, Gainsborough
Gerringong Town Hall (Thursdays only 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4:30pm)

Written submissions on these draft documents are invited from the public and should be forwarded to the General Manager, PO Box 75, Kiama 2533.  Facsimile 4232 0555 or Email council@kiama.nsw.gov.au.

Council will be considering the submissions at its Ordinary Meeting to be held at 5:00pm on Tuesday 25 June 2013, to adopt the Integrated Planning documents.

Written submissions close at 4:00 pm on Friday 14 June 2013.

Please note all submissions will be made publicly available.  If you do not want any part of the submission or your personal details released, because of copyright or other cogent reasons, please indicate this clearly in your submission together with an explanation.  However, you should be aware that even if you request that you do not wish certain information to be published, there may be circumstances in which we are required by law to release that information (for example, in accordance with the requirements of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009).
