Please ensure all sections of the form are completed or your application will not be processed. Please note that your booking is not final until you receive confirmation in writing from Council.

Please list the name and residential location of all individuals who will be using the Old Fire Station during the week of hire.
Do you have your own Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10,000,000)* - required
If Yes, please fill in the details below.

If No, you will not be permitted to sell your work from the gallery.

 Applications for the 1st Half of Year program (January-June inclusive) close on 31 October.

Applications for the 2nd Half of Year program (July-December inclusive) close on 30 April.

Applicants will be notified of their exhibition during November and May.

Late applications will not be considered in the first round of programming, but will be considered for any dates available after all first round applicants have been accommodated.
