Aerobic classes

We offer a wide range of Aerobic classes designed to suit all age groups.

Our aim is to provide you with current aerobic programs and we strive to deliver our classes with enthusiasm and fun!

All fitness leaders are accredited and affiliated with Fitness NSW.

Our timetable has something to suit everyone.

Intensity Class Description Child Friendly
Easy / Mod / Hard Circuit
  • A 30 minute circuit class, including strength/core & cardio work. 
  •  A fabulous introduction into the gymnasium environment.

Body Step

  • A non complex step class focusing on intensity.
  • This class may include propulsions or use of hand weights. (Must be 15 years of age)

Body Attack

  • A high intensity cardiovascular blitz with advanced strength work.
  • It's flat out, full on and fun. One of the best ways you can get fit.

  • Choreographed moves to relaxing music
  • Featuring moves from Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates.
  • The focus is on core strength, balance and stretching.

Body Pump

  • A revolutionary exercise concept that works every muscle group in the body, strengthening, conditioning and defining muscle like nothing else can.
  • PUMP is a pre-choreographed workout using barbells with adjustable weights.

Body Pump Technique

  • A great class if you are a beginner to PUMP
  • This class will take you through correct set up and technique on each move used in PUMP, step by step.
  • A must if you are a beginner! 
  • (Must be 15 yrs of age)
  • Run on the 1st Sunday of every month - bookings essential.
 

Hard

HIIT
  • 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training using periods of short intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Group Active
  • Pre-choreographed 60min workout, consisting of muscle toning, cardio, balance & core work.

Light Pace
  • 1/2 of class uses weights for muscle conditioning
  • 1/2 class is step focus for cardiovascular.

Zumba Express
  • JOIN THE PARTY AND HAVE FUN!
  • Basic moves which are layered into more dance flavoured moves e.g. Salsa.
  • It will keep you coming back for more!

Your safety and wellbeing is our concern.

  • Please bring water and a towel to every class.
  • Drink water at regular intervals.
  • Inform instructor of any injuries or ailments of concern.
  • Arrive early to class to ensure you warm up properly.
  • Stay for stretches at the end of the class.
  • Ensure you pay or have your membership card scanned at reception before you enter the class.
