When is the next event?
Our next Household Kerbside Clean Up Collection for our urban areas is scheduled for March 2017.
Residents should refer to their 2016/17 waste and recycling calendar to find out their scheduled collection date. Waste zone maps and calendars for each zone are available on our urban residential waste services page.
Materials can only be placed on the kerbside one week from the scheduled collection date.
Residents are reminded that items must be of a size and weight that can be safely and capably lifted by one person.
Metal items need to be sorted into a separate pile, and fridges, freezers and stoves must be dismantled.
The total maximum quantity of unwanted goods we will accept is one cubic metre.
We won't accept at kerbside:
No plastic bags, oils, paints, chemicals, broken glass, gas bottles
No asbestos, building waste, mattresses, engines, car parts, tyres, wardrobes, lounge suites or large items of furniture
No green waste
We will accept at kerbside:
Small indoor and outdoor furniture
Carpets, toys, sporting goods
Dismantled whitegoods (microwaves, fridges, stoves, etc)
Cardboard and paper products
