Customer Service Centre re-opens

We are re-opening the doors to our Customer Service Centre this Monday (22 June) for limited face-to-face services.
Our Customer Service team will be able to help with making payments, document drops and JP services.
Face-to-face meetings and appointments are still not possible.
We have been preparing the foyer and front counter for re-opening, installing safety screens and signage to protect our staff and our community.
We have also registered the building as a COVID Safe business with the NSW Government, and are in the process of registering our other facilities as well.
If you need to come into the centre, please:
- wash your hands using the sanitiser
- practise physical distancing
- keep your visit short
- use contactless payments if possible
- don’t visit if you are feeling unwell
Importantly, the counter has been purposely set up to service only one customer at a time.
This is for everyone’s safety.
We ask for your patience and understanding in adhering to these guidelines.
We also ask you to consider using our online services rather than having to make the trip into our building.
