Council payment and planning systems successfully upgraded and online

Council has now completed its planned upgrade to our payments and planning systems. All services are now back online and available.
Many of the processes you’re used to completing online such as paying rates and invoices and submitting customer requests or complaints have been upgraded, but largely remain the same – you may not even notice a difference.
However, the DA Tracker has had a makeover, and we will refer to it as the Application Tracker moving forward.
