Nominations open for Australia Day Awards 2021

Mayor Mark Honey has launched Kiama Council’s Australia Day Awards for 2021, encouraging people to nominate someone they know.
“This is a close-knit community, a place people care about, a place where people care for each other, and a place where people contribute.”
“The local Australia Day Awards allow us to recognise those people that play a part, large or small, in our community,” Clr. Honey said.
The Australia Day Awards are for:
• Australia Day Citizen Award
• Australia Day Young Citizen Award
• Australia Day Senior Citizen of the Year
• Community Group of the Year
Nomination forms are available online at: www.kiama.nsw.gov.au/australiaday
Nominations must be submitted by 4.00pm, Friday 30 October.
The Awards will be presented on Australia Day, Tuesday 26 January 2021.
