Matterson Hall at Blue Haven Bonaira

Matterson Hall is a large community hall with a kitchen (available by request).

The hall and adjacent smaller meeting rooms are available to book for use by all Blue Haven Bonaira residents and other community groups.

Matterson Hall (named after long-standing Blue Haven board member and patron Tony Matterson) is predominantly used by the Blue Haven Community Services team to implement client programs and groups for Blue Haven clients.

The schedule of events and activities is displayed around the Village.

Note: bookings cannot be made on declared Public Holidays or Melbourne Cup day, to ensure the Hall is available for casual shared use on these days.

Times and conditions of use

Subject to availability, the Hall is available for use between 7:00am and 9:00pm, 7 days per week.

The Hall must be left in a clean and tidy manner after each booking, with furniture returned to its original position.

Hall users must have regard to the residential nature of the floors above.

The kitchen area is only opened by request and is available for bookings of 10 or more people.
