Personal assistance with family history research

The Kiama Family History Centre offers a wealth of resources and one-on-one assistance for people researching their family history.

Our experienced volunteers have been researching family histories for many years and are here to help you. They know just where to look for that vital connecting piece of information that completes the puzzle.

We offer appointments at 10.00am or 1.00pm Wednesday - Friday, and there is a drop-in service on Saturdays. Our appointments are free of charge.

If you would like to use the facilities of the Kiama Family History Centre and do not require assistance, our rooms are open for use 9.30am - 3.30pm Wednesday through to Friday, and 9.30am - 1.00pm on Saturdays. There are no fees associated with using the facilities in the Family History Centre.

Appointments available on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for up to 2 hours, in the morning (10am - 12pm) or afternoon (1-3 pm).

Assistance is also available on Saturdays 9.30am - 1pm on a drop-in basis.
