Food Business



All retail food handling businesses in NSW must to register their details (and changes of details) with their local council.

To register your food business complete and provide to us:

Providing your correct details also means we can contact you if there is a food recall.

A food business is defined as a business, enterprise or activity that involves the handling of food intended for sale, and/or the sale of food.

Food businesses include:

  • mobile food vans
  • caterers
  • food shops
  • home catering businesses.
