Our Development Control Plan (DCP) provides planning and building design guidelines for:

  • alterations to existing development.

Its aims to ensure quality development and sustainable environmental outcomes for our municipality.

The Kiama DCP 2020 applies to land identified in the Kiama Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011.
