Planning and Development Hub - Kiama Council

Kiama Council's Planning and Development Hub at 32 Manning Street opened in mid 2025.

We offer a duty planner service from 9 to 11am daily. This walk-in advice service will complements Council’s existing Development Advice services.

Of course, at any time during business hours, you can still call, email or come into our main Administration Centre at 11 Manning Street and speak with our friendly Customer Service Team, who can put you in touch with our Planners for advice and guidance.  

We also encourage community members to visit our website pages that explain the DA process, link to our Application Tracker, as well as providing other useful information about planning and other matters.
