CCTV in Kiama and Gerringong

Kiama Council is committed to providing a safe and secure environment in the municipality.

Our CCTV system was originally installed in 2015 with funding support from the NSW and Australian Governments.

Currently, CCTV infrastructure is operating in the Gerringong CBD, where footage may be accessed by NSW Police under a formal process.

Council is seeking funding to replace the CCTV system on Terralong St, Kiama, which was damaged in storms and requires a full upgrade.

If you require footage for an incident, please contact NSW Police, who may request access from Council under a Memorandum of Understanding.
