Stages
Blue Haven Terralong units are located in five stages, with different types of unit in each. Please see the table below for information and floorplans
A mix of 1-bedroom units
Stage 1 comprises 16 fully renovated single bedroom units set across two levels (the top level is accessed by well-designed stairs). Each unit has its own balcony and is set among established trees, enjoying easy access to Kiama’s CBD. Averaging 44m2, these units are ideal for one person.

Large 1-bedroom units
Located on the corner of Terralong Street and Havilah Place, this 6-level building contains 51 one-bedroom units, each with balconies and ranging in size from 57m2 to 100m2. The larger floor plans include a den that can be converted to a second bedroom. Lift access and ramps are provided, as is parking on the ground floor.
2-bedroom units
27 units are set back from Terralong Street. Accessed by a driveway past the community hall, lift access is provided to all three levels. Floor plans are available in 3 styles, ranging in size from 67m2 to 90m2.
Large 2-bedroom units
With access from Thomson Street, this newer stage includes 21 units across 3 levels. It contains 15 popular 90m2 unit floor plans and 6 larger 110m2 units at each end that feature 2 bedrooms plus an extra study/possible third bedroom.
