Information and appeals

All enquiries (including requests for information or photographs) must be made through Revenue NSW.

This is to ensure the integrity of the information held, and the privacy of the person involved.

Appeal a PIN

Step 1.Contact Revenue NSW

Check the back of your PIN for details on how to contact Revenue NSW.

Step 2.Revenue NSW will contact our Ranger Services

Once you've made your request.

Step 3.Ranger Services will review the matter

They'll provide the requested material or decision within 14 days to Revenue NSW.

Step 4.Revenue NSW will contact you

With the information or review outcome.

There are no exceptions to this procedure.
