This project is complete.

The historic Kiama Showgrounds is undergoing extensive repairs and refurbishments.

Kiama Council has received $762,000 funding for this project:

Better Waste Recycling Fund - $27,000

Crown Lands Showgrounds Stimulus Funding Program - $735,000

Stage One
Sports Field Lighting Upgrade	Completed
Electrical Distribution Box Upgrade	Completed
Stage Two
Removal of old stables and replace with stockyards	Completed
Replace the existing fixed goal posts
Install irrigation to Showground & Chittick Oval
Install subsoil drainage to Showground & Chittick Oval
Install elevated seating - west side of Showground	Completed
Stage Three
Replace post and rail fencing
Purchase two new mobile grandstands	Completed
Reseal carpark and driveway
