The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework forinvestment of Kiama Municipal Council’s funds with a view to minimising the risk of loss of capital or interest, to ensure that liquidity requirements are observed and after having regard to these two prime objectives, seeking to achieve the best rate of return available.
