From time to time, Council is presented with Unsolicited Proposals from the community, businesses or other government agencies. The purpose of this Policy is to stimulate and encourage business investment and innovation in the Municipality of Kiama and further, to better assist in appropriately managing governance and probity issues that arise in such circumstances.
