There will be a partial road occupation on Golden Valley Road to facilitate construction works associated with the subdivision at 15 Golden Valley Road. The works will include staged road widening, kerb and gutter construction, and drainage installation.
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the works to ensure the safety of residents, pedestrians, and motorists. The Traffic Control Plan (TCP) has been staged to suit the construction activities as they progress.
All affected residents will be notified by the contractor through a letterbox drop prior to the commencement of works.
