Council has had reports of an aggressive magpie lark/peewee or magpie swooping people at the eastern end of Bong Bong Street, Kiama including near The Pavilion.
Members of the public are advised to take caution when walking in the vicinity and can report any incidents to Council.
Kiama Council is working with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service to have the bird removed.
