Our Squad Intensives:

Join us for our popular Squad Intensives program, running throughout the school holidays!

Our Squad Intensives offer two exciting weeks filled with specialized training for all squad levels.

National Target and Junior Performance

• Focus: High intensity endurance and speed and skill development
• Time: 5.30am - 7.15am Monday - Thursday
• Cost: $37

 

Transition, Race Skills, and Mini Squad 2 & 3

• Focus: High intensity endurance and speed and skill development
• Time: 7am - 8am Monday - Wednesday
• Cost: $27.50

 

Important Information: If you are unable to attend a day, unfortunately, you forfeit that day's session.
