Richard Ardler - Community Representative of the Year

Richard is a deadly role model down in the Shoalhaven.

He’s shown an incredible commitment to his work with the South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation.

He’s helped build programs and initiatives focused on strengthening families and communities through early intervention, cultural preservation, and holistic care.

Richard was recognised for the support and leadership he gives back to his team, carers, Elders, and the wider community.

He has fostered a greater appreciation and respect for Aboriginal culture within his workplace and also within the wider community.
