Kiama Council has voted to sell vacant land it owns at 22b Irvine Street, Kiama.
Council has engaged an independent sales agent to manage the sale by auction.
Proceeds from the sale will go towards Council’s Budget for 2023-24 as part of our Strategic Improvement Plan.
The sale process will be conducted taking into consideration the requirements for the disposal of public land under the Local Government Act and Regulations.
The sale complies with the Local Government Act 1993 and Council’s Acquisition and Disposal of Land and Easements Policy.
