New state-wide Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) planning rules commenced on 1 November 2021.
Kiama Council can assist if you require plans as a basis for the creation of evacuation plans, subject to copyright, in order to comply with the new short term rental accommodation fire safety regulations.
