Time-lapse camera for Hindmarsh Park

On Display Indefinitely

Kiama Council have installed public facing cameras at the Joyce Wheatley Centre to capture stills for a time lapse of the current upgrade of Hindmarsh Park. The work is being undertaken by Council contractors and is proudly funded by the NSW Government.

We want to assure all persons visiting the area that their privacy and in particular the privacy of children visiting the park is a high priority.

All stills captured do not intend to record a likeness of any persons, but rather are for the purpose of capturing an overview of the project’s development.

We want to inform all residents and visitors that footage is being taken from a distance that ensures no person’s face is identifiable.

All images recorded for this project are for the purpose of documentation to be used by Kiama Council via websites, social media, and to be placed into our archival footage.
