Michael joined Kiama Council in April 2023 as Director of Infrastructure & Liveability.

He brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having previously worked as Director Infrastructure & Environment at Wollondilly Shire Council.

He has 20+ years of local government experience in infrastructure delivery, maintenance and management as well as providing services to the community and stakeholders

Director Infrastructure and Liveability key responsibilities include:

  • Capital works
  • Asset Management
  • Public open spaces and recreation
  • Holiday Parks
  • Waste Services
  • Roads, reserves, parks & playgrounds
  • Lifeguards.
