Jessica has been with council since February 2020, when she came on board as Director Environmental Services.

Jessica has 18 years’ experience within local government, bringing her key strengths of planning, strategy and communications to the role.

Director Planning, Environment and Communities key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning
  • Development Assessments
  • Community Hubs (Libraries, Leisure Centre, Youth Services)
  • Environmental health services
  • Compliance.
