Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club

This development (DA 2022.32.1) involves demolishing the existing surf club and construction of a new surf club and kiosk, including:
- ground floor surf boat storage, first aid, bathrooms and changerooms (including accessible WCs), gym and lift
- first floor bistro with bar and kitchen, indoor seating area, “multi purpose” room, bathrooms and wrap around deck to northern and eastern sides
- driveway access from front eastern boundary (utilising existing driveway) and from north side boundary – note this requires removal of two existing parking spaces in northern neighbouring public carpark
- detached kiosk (10m2), outdoor showers, bike rack and landscaping including replacement Bob Churton Memorial Garden
- finishes including limestone brick walls with steel matt monument cladding.
